With the help of a dark sky professor and a few eclectic community members, one photographer (McCauley) must navigate an experimental large format photo project that will expose the catastrophic effects of light pollution in the Wasatch mountain range they call home. After a year of unexpected setbacks, the opportunity for the protagonists to make a change in the environment’s legislative and irreversible fate is threatened.
